Who Are We?

We're Good Company! The best kept secret in eCommerce fulfillment. We've been an industry leading eCommerce Retailer for over 20 years, fulfilling millions of our own orders for millions of our own customers. Over and over, we heard from our peers "everyone hates their 3PL." "No communication... Surprise charges... Receiving delays... Shipping delays..." "There's no accountability." 3PL's don't understand the needs of their clients. They haven't been retailers, how could they empathize with the needs of their clients? They don't understand how to care for their customer's customers, the importance of predictable costs, communication, flexibility, custom solutions, and transparency. You can't trust a chef that has never tasted their own food. We were a retailer first. We knew how to care for customers, and we knew how to be operationally excellent. We'd never been a 3PL, so we didn't have bad habits to break. We knew this was a problem we could fix, so we brought in our first client. Within a year, we were overwhelmed with referrals from other brands with unique problems to solve. Turns out, we're pretty good at this! It makes sense. Our own orders ship from the same people as our partners, so we treat every order as if it were our own. We've found the hardest problems are the most valuable, so we've been intentional about only taking on clients with tough problems to solve. We never needed a name. We had a dozen clients and shipped more than 1,000,000 packages before we had a name or website. Eventually we decided on a name: Good Company Our name reflects Our Mission: Do Good We create a lot of value by doing Good work, and we use the proceeds to Do Good in the world. Outside Good Company, we combat sex trafficking, empower women to create independence, protect and educate the vulnerable, help sustain forests, and reduce single-use plastics. Inside Good Company, we pay 140% of the median wage in our area. We invest in and develop our people, who buy houses, make investments, and educate themselves. We celebrate family. We require balance so our people can tend to the most important things in life: each other.
